Ingredients
- pork or beef
- garlic (1 piece)
- vinegar (3 spoon)
- sugar (2 spoon)
- cooking wine (2 spoon)
- soy sauce (4 spoon)
- egg (1)
- flour (6 spoon)
- apple (1)
Process
1. cut the pork into small thin slices and fritters the garlic
2. mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cooking wine, garlic together,
3. put the meat and apple in the mix for about 15 - 20 minutes;
4. then put the yellow of the egg in and mix it with the flour
5. fry the meat piece by piece in a pan with hot oil

Basic Ingredients
- chicken (200 gr.)
- cucumber (100 gr.)
- in oil (60 gr):
- hot pepper - 25 gr.
- soy sauce - 20 gr.
- cooking wine - 20 gr.
- salt - 3 gr.
- white sugar - 15 gr.
- wet starch - 20 gr.
- vinegar - 5 gr.
- onion, ginger, garlic - 50 gr.
Process
I. Chicken is cut into 1 cm. dices / cubes, with a mix of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and wet starch put in oil
II. Cucumber is cut into small cubes; ginger, garlic are cut in to pieces as well; mince the soaks hot pepper
Mix onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, the wet starch to a sweet tasty juice
III. puts oil in with the strong fire, after the oil heat invests the diced chicken to fry mostly is mature, then admits the soaks hot pepper in, turn along with the cucumber fries, then pours into the sweet tasty juice in the round-bottomed wok, after juice friess evenly, drips in the vinegar
